Before you book
How fast can you get here?+
Most repair calls in Salt Lake City and Utah County are handled same day or next morning. No heat and no cool emergencies get priority dispatch.
Do you charge for estimates?+
Replacement and new system estimates are free. Repair calls carry a diagnostic fee that is applied toward the repair when you approve the work.
Is financing available on new systems?+
Yes. We offer approved financing on furnace, AC, and heat pump replacements so you can spread the cost over manageable monthly payments.
Do you service all brands?+
We repair and maintain every major residential brand: Lennox, Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, American Standard, and more.
Should I repair or replace my system?+
As a rule of thumb, if the system is over 12 to 15 years old and the repair costs more than a third of a replacement, replacement usually wins. We'll show you both numbers and let you decide.
